Temperature dependence of dielectric constants
Analysis of solid bodies is presented which shows that their temperature dependence of dielectric constant is affected by coupling of permanent and induced dipole moments, and cannot be expressed in relationship valid for all substances; effect of defects in crystal lattices is discussed; review of elementary theories; relationship between frequency dependence and losses.
