Program was developed at Michigan State Highway Dept for solution of storm sewer system problem created by accelerated highway program; program is written for processing on 20 K IBM 1620 computer equipped with floating point and indirect addressing features; solution is based on use of "Rational Method for Design of Storm Sewer Systems", Manning formula and use of rainfall intensity and runoff curves developed to meet Michigan's needs.
