Construction of new 100 ft lift chamber at Wilson Dam on Tennessee River and deepening of downstream canal, proceeding with no interruption to navigation; bypass canal and series of cofferdam movements allow all construction to be done in dry; work also features 1950-ft access bridge, floating caisson to seal dam while lock filling culverts are bored through dam, and use of fly ash concrete.
