Method for computing moment-thrust-curvature relations for reinforced concrete column sections in biaxial bending is described; for any given strain distribution in section, summation of elemental forces acting on elemental areas and summation of moments of elemental forces yield corresponding applied force and moments; iterative search procedure is used to find strain distribution; method was developed for computer circulation; general bending of members of irregular cross section can also be treated.
