While extremely fine cement is unsuitable for practical purposes, it becomes suitable if immediately after leaving mill, finely ground clinker is blended with material having necessary surface characteristics; report on grinding tests, hydration tests and permeability tests; influence of clinker particles less than 5 mu on mechanical properties of mortar; results of application of " heterogeneous" cement surpassed expectations.
