PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blended cement containing fly ash and having a high short term strength development property while maintaining characteristics of fly ash as an admixture.SOLUTION: The blended cement contains, for the total amount of the fly ash and the Portland cement, 20 to 40 mass% of fly ash having a SiOcontent of 55 to 60 mass% and a mass ratio of SiO/AlOof 2.3 to 2.7, and 60 to 80 mass% of Portland cement, and includes 100 to 300 mg/kg of trialkanolamine having 3 of straight-chain alkanol groups with 3 or less of carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】石炭灰を含み、石炭灰の混和材としての特性を維持しつつ、しかも短期の強度発現性の高い混合セメントを提供する。【解決手段】石炭灰とポルトランドセメントの合計量に対して、ＳｉＯ２含有量が５５〜６０質量％かつＳｉＯ２／Ａｌ２Ｏ３の質量比が２．３〜２．７である石炭灰を２０〜４０質量％と、ポルトランドセメントを６０〜８０質量％とを含み、炭素数３以下の直鎖状のアルカノール基を３個有するトリアルカノールアミンを１００〜３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ含む、混合セメントである。【選択図】なし
