Siphon, part of irrigation system of Columbia Basin project, is 12,900 ft long, having design flow capacity of 5100 cu ft per sec; inlet and outlet are 25 ft inside diam and are of reinforced concrete, designed to withstand hydraulic heads up to 100 ft; high pressure section, 22 ft 4 in. inside diam, consists of steel lined reinforced concrete pipe cast in place.
