Snoqualmie Tunnel plan provides low-level route through cascade Mountains
On basis of studies made to determine feasibility of constructing low level tunnel with low gradient approaches through Cascade Mountains of Washington, report recommends project which includes construction of 2.03-mi long tunnel near Snoqualmie Pass at estimated cost of $21,940,000.
