66-span, 984-ft Wilberton trestle near Seattle, Wash, rebuilt by Northern Pacific using two types of construction and two methods of treatment; about half of structure constructed with frame bents of preframed timber treated with Wolman salts, and other half, with creosoted pile bents; 479 ft or 32 spans, are of frame construction, while remaining 34 spans, are of pile construction.
