Four-lane bridge replaces hazardous structure at Tansley, Ont.
Old bridge, built about 30 yr ago will be replaced by new bridge 703 ft in length, consisting of four continuous steel truss spans carried on three concrete piers and two concrete abutments; piers consist of two shafts, with arched spandrel carrying cap on which pier members will be placed; data on winter protection.
