Replacement of lightweight aggregate fines with natural sand in structural concrete
Results of investigation of effect of replacing fines of 4 particular structural light weight aggregates with equal volumes of natural sand are reported; test results are presented for each of light weight aggregates showing mix and physical properties, functions of partial or complete fine aggregate replacement, for concretes at compressive strength levels of 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 psi.
