Study of thermal environment in underground survival shelters using electronic analog computer
Results of study of underground, square concrete shelter for 50 persons; 6 sets of outdoor ambient air temperatures and humidities, as well as initial earth temperatures characteristic of different geographical areas in United States, were considered; method of analysis consisted of derivation of set of differential equations of heat and moisture transfer, and their simultaneous solution on computer.
