Experiment in factory construction of 4-story flour mill largely prefabricated by Reema system; system enabled high proportion of structural members and all wall cladding to be made in precast concrete; in situ concrete used for foundation and columns, representing only 20% of structure; ground floor, roofs, and walks entirely made up by Reema panels, hollow concrete units of storey height and up to 16 ft in width.
