Steel structural modular prefabricating tool
The invention discloses a steel structural modular prefabricating tool. The steel structural modular prefabricating tool comprises at least two groups of bracket systems which are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and pulling rods for integrally connecting adjacent two groups of bracket systems; each group of bracket systems comprises a bottom plate, a lower profile steel and an upper profile steel which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; a horizontal adjusting mechanism comprising at least two hydraulic jacks is fixedly connected between each upper profile steel and each lower profile steel; a bracket is arranged between each lower profile steel and each bottom plate; each upper profile steel is a box type profile steel, comprising a top surface plate, a bottom surface plate, and two side plates arranged between the top surface plate and the bottom surface plate; scales are arranged at two ends of the side plates; when in use, the bracket systems are integrally connected through the pulling rods to form a rigid body; the levelness of the upper profile steels can be adjusted through the hydraulic jacks in the horizontal adjusting mechanisms according to the central spacing, specification and other data of adjacent profile steel vertical columns of a steel structural module to be prefabricated; the size of the steel structural module in prefabricating can be directly displayed through the scales of a measuring mechanism.
