Production and quality of St3 steel with aluminum introduced into ingot mold
Use of this steel instead of rimming St3 steel greatly simplifies work in casting bay, reduces pouring time, improves considerably quality of metal and raises output of sound metal (ingot top discard is reduced to 3%). (See also Stal v 21 n 10 Oct 1961 p 889-94)
