Prefabricated walls against tide
Between Minnis Bay and Beresford Gap, where sea has eroded chalk cliffs of English coast, 2 headlands will be protected with curved-face sea wall backed by minimum 20ft width of concrete promenade and 5-ft high precast concrete wall at base of cliffs; wall itself is built with 4 sizes of precast curved-face blocks with precast and in-situ backing surmounted by bullnose coping and sloping apron toe; smooth finish required on seaward side of blocks is molded with steel facings.
