Corrosion protection of steel junctions in panel-construction buildings
Electrochemical corrosion in steel joints as well as protective methods against corrosion are discussed; based on experiments, it is determined that best protection of basic details and joints is by coating them with zinc-aluminum alloy or blend; for protection of weld seams in situ flame spray-coating with powdered material is recommended.
