Improvements at Frodingham -- London and north-eastern railway
Details of reinforced-concrete viaduct 400 ft. long and consisting of eight spans ranging from 31 ft. to maximum of 71 ft. measured on skew; angle of skew varies and is 74 deg. 30 min. in case of maximum span; headway throughout is 15 ft. above rail level; width between parapets is 45 ft.; roadway over viaduct is level for length of 328 ft. with approaches at both ends with gradients of 1 in 40; abutments at each end of viaduct and three of intermediate piers are built in brickwork in cement mortar.
