Behavior of riveted and bolted beam-to-column connections
Three specimens were assembled with high strength bolts and tested at different moment-to-shear ratios; one specimen was assembled with rivets for comparison; study of moment rotation characteristics, moment resisting capacity, slip and shear deformation of connections, deformation of fasteners, and separation of flanges.
