Tay bridge and dundee inner ring road
New road bridge connecting Dundee to county of Fife, in Scotland, will be 7365 ft long, in 42 spans, with deck rising 32 to 125 ft above water level on constant gradient of 1 in 81 for whole length; construction is of twin columns of unusual double parabolic shape on concrete foundations; bridge will be connected to Dundee's new inner road by inverted trumpet layout.
