Description of performed measures during flood; during construction of dams on small rivers with large changes in water elevation, special attention should be paid to construction schedule and flood discharge for reducing peak excavation operations; ice conditions on river should be studied for long stretches along river; attention should be paid to reduction of ice flow velocity by bulldozer blades.
