Referring to data in report from District Committee of Central Pennsylvania, on installation of treated timbers (as indexed in Engineering Index 1939 p 738, from issue of Oct 1938), present paper gives details of check-up examination made in June 1942; notes include data on method of treatment on each series of timber sets; after ten years of service, timbers are still in excellent condition.
