Built-up area is 6300 sq m, cultivated area is 28,700 sq m; outdoor pool is 50 m long, and 33.3×21 m diving pool is provided with underwater observation windows; building which houses indoor swimming pools, gymnasium, lockers, and restaurants has nine 100 m long reinforced concrete roof beams which form 35 m long cantilevers on both sides and from which glazed facades are suspended; height of these hollow beams tapers from 3.5 m at supports to 1.50 m at ends; they provide access to lighting fixtures and serve as ventilation ducts; facades are provided with warm air curtains.
