Technological ductility of stainless and heat-resistant steels
On basis of generalization of results of hot torsion tests, relationship was established between technological ductility and resistance to deformation of steels on one hand, and their structure at 1000 to 1250 C on other; using formulas and diagrams proposed, it is possible to determine true yield strength (resistance to deformation) depending on temperature and deformation rate, on sole basis of chemical composition.
