Work starts on underground pershing square garage, Los Angeles, Calif
Plans of 3-floor garage which will accommodate 2000 cars; spiral ramps leading to all floors will be 27 ft wide with grade variation of 8 to 10%; after completion of garage, restoration of park surface is planned to be more usable for great majority of persons than present design.
