Illustrated report on reconstruction of 10-ft span culvert; design combined use of precast beams with precast abutments and wing wall sections; abutment sections were of mass concrete 5 ft long by 1 ft wide by 3 ft deep; reinforced beams were 12 ft long by 1 ft 7 1/4 in. wide by 9 in. deep; by using light mobile crane, erection of culvert of this size and type can be accomplished in one day.
