The present invention relates to a structure of a precast concrete culvert block used for a storm sewer or a common duct or the like after being installed underground, and a culvert construction method for listing and bonding a plurality of culvert blocks. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure of a precast concrete culvert block which can insert a filler for preventing a water leakage together with a water stop between the culvert blocks when a plurality of culvert blocks are listed and bonded on the ground to construct a storm sewer or the like, and a method for constructing a culvert using the culvert block.
