Stability of torsionally rigid framework web members, particularly round steel bars
By considering truss web members as chord-hinged, equations are derived describing buckling conditions of various web member systems, and solved using tables for calculation of buckling published by German Steel Construction Assn; diagrams show collapsing lengths of round steel web member systems depending upon type of joint, angle of inclination, and tension-to-compression stress ratio.
