The new Tyne bridge
Bridge in design and method of erection reproduces to scale of about one-third immense Sydney Harbour Bridge, which same contractors, Dorman, Long and Co., are now engaged upon in Australia; consists of single arch across Tyne, with span of 531 ft., together with approach spans on both sides of river.
