Load behavior of eccentrically stressed reinforced concrete compression members -- 1
Aim of study is to clarify influence of several parameters on ultimate load of eccentrically loaded compression members having rectangular cross section; choice of computational method is explained by comparing several possible solutions of stability problem without equilibrium branching and for nonlinear bending moment-curvature relationship; method is explained, and failure definition which takes strength problems into consideration is elucidated; procedure for determining bending line of above compressive members is described; experimental results are summarized in graphs.
