Generalization of propagation of stress wave in homogeneous body to nonhomogeneous medium for application to problems of geophysics and soil dynamics; appropriate choice of variable parameters on basis of experimental results allows description of behavior of body under intense dynamic loads in form of high pressure; model considered is proposed by A.M.Freudenthal, but modified to take into account nonhomogeneity.
