Outline of method by which steel towers are built at both ends of truss girders, and main steel ropes are stretched between them with vertical hangers fixed to them; first, cross beams are carried to place by cable way and are fixed to hangers; then various members are assembled in place; finally, trusses are closed at top chords, members riveted and towers and ropes removed.
