Carbazoles of Surakhan crude oil
Abstract 1. A carbazole concentrate was separated from the acid extract of a heavy residue b.p.>350°C of Surakhan crude oil by thin-layer and adsorption chromatography on silica gel. 2. Carbazole, C1–C6-alkylcarbazoles, C1–C4-alkylbenzocarbazoles and C1–C2-alkylphenylcarbazoles were identified by GC MS in the sample separated.
