Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines einen Schachtboden (1) mit einem Gerinne (2) und einen vom Schachtboden (1) aufragenden Schachtmantel (3) umfassenden Schachtunterteils aus Beton mit einem Formwerkzeug aus einem geteilten, zum Entformen des Schachtunterteils öffenbaren Formmantel (4) und aus einem Formkern (5) beschrieben, der einen die Negativform des Gerinnes (2) bildenden Formkörper (9) und an diesen Formkörper (9) angesetzte, an den Formmantel (4) anschließende Aussparungskörper (12) aus Hartschaumstoff zur Ausbildung von Rohranschlüssen (11) für das Gerinne (2) trägt. Um vorteilhafte Herstellungsbedingungen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Aussparungskörper (12) einen um ein Übermaß der Höhe (h) nach gegen den Formmantel (4) vorstehenden, beim Schließen des Formmantels (4) unter einer Verformung dicht am Formmantel (4) anliegenden, umlaufenden Randsteg (15) bilden.
A description is given of an apparatus for producing a lower shaft part from concrete, the lower shaft part comprising a shaft floor (1) with a channel (2) and also a shaft shell (3), which rises up from the shaft floor (1), the apparatus having a mould made up of a split mould shell (4), which can be opened for the purpose of demoulding the lower shaft part, and of a mould core (5), which bears a mould body (9), forming the negative shape of the channel (2), and rigid-foam block-out bodies (12), which are attached to this mould body, adjoin the mould shell (4) and are intended for forming pipe connections (11) for the channel (2). In order to create advantageous production conditions, it is proposed that the block-out bodies (12) should form an encircling peripheral ridge (15) which projects towards the mould shell (4) by way of an extended height (h) and, when the mould shell (4) is closed, bears tightly against the mould shell (4) while being deformed.
