ADJUSTABLE CARRIAGE AND SHIFTING DEVICE
- 40 Abstract The carriage (1), which serves for holding and shifting a separating element (3) in a running direction along a rail (2), comprises a carriage body (12) that holds at least one 5 running element (11) and a mounting body (14) that is slidably connected to the carriage body (12) and that is connectable to the separating element (3) . According to the invention, a coupling member (13) is provided, that comprises a first and a second coupling element (131, 132) that are connected with one 10 another via a bridge member (133), wherein the first coupling element (131) is slidably held in the carriage body (12) and the second coupling element (132) is slidably held in the mounting body (14). The bridge member (133) has a first coupling surface (1331) that is inclined relative to the 15 running direction and that supports the carriage body (12) or the mounting body (14), so that with a movement of the coupling member (13) the carriage body (12) and the mounting body (14) are shifted relative to one another. The shifting device comprises two inventive carriages (1A, 1B) that are 20 guided in a rail (2) and that are connected to a separating element (3), preferably a glass plate, and of which carriages (1A, 1B) preferably one is releasably connected to a retraction device (5).
