An adjustable plug fix assembly including a support base attachable to a first support, the support base having at least one opening therein to receive at least a part of an index block to locate the index block relative to the support base, an index block having a body portion shaped to correspond to the at least one opening in the support base and a plurality of pocket openings of at least two different depths therein, and an index disc having a body with a bore there through and at least two legs extending from the body to be received within the pocket openings of the index block, the index disc located in the index block selectively to change the height of the index disc relative to the support base.
