A pin latch retainer clamp which when fitted to the outer member of a round steel pipe gate frame it performs the dual roles of providing a method of fixing the chain end of the pin latch to the gate and also provides a means of securing the pin portion of the latch, 5 allowing the gate to be fixed in an open or shut position.
