Adjustable ears, pickups and pins for excavator and excavating buckets and attachments
Universal, Adjustable Excavator and Earthmoving buckets and attachments. Drawing 1 - There are 4 holes positioned at the top of the attachment ear (5). Only 2 are visible in the diagram as it is only one side. The Circle hole (2) and an elongated hole (1). The circle hole (2) is in a fixed position on the ear (5). The hole (1) has been elongated and is in a fixed position on the ear (5) but allows for several different positions of the pickup pins (4) to be adjusted/moved and fixed/welded in correct size position to accommodate larger or smaller machines. The front pin (7) is permanently fixed in that position and is engaged by the machine pickup although the size of the pin (7) may vary to accommodate the pickup of larger or smaller machines and the holes are then filled with spacers (3). The back pin (8) is adjusted by sliding forwards or backwards in the elongated hole (1) to be positioned and fixed/welded into the correct size to suit multiple size machines. Drawing 2 - Shows the different pin sizes (4) for the different types of machinery and the spacers (6) to fill the elongated hole. The pins (4) can move to the right position and welded/fixed into place. Drawing 3 shows the spacers (9) at different widths to accommodate all machinery types. UNIVERSAL, ADJUSTABLE EXCAVATOR AND EARTHMOVING BUCKETS AND ATTACHMENTS.
