The present invention makes it possible to recognize an obstacle such as a face, which may be touched by an upper turning body at a time of a turning operation, and a height position thereof. To an upper turning body (3), a plurality of first cameras (13) for forming downward images, which captures obliquely downward images in different directions, is installed, and a composite downward image (20) is displayed on a display (15). Further, to a lower position of a turning frame (3a) of the upper turning body (3), second cameras (16R, 16L) for capturing through images are installed, a view range of which includes corner portions from a rear end to side portions of the upper turning body (3) so as to turn while following the turning of the upper turning body (3), and corner-portion through images (30R, 30L) can be displayed on the display (15) with the through images superposed with the composite downward image (20).
