STORAGE TANK INSULATION JOINT APPARATUS AND METHOD There is disclosed a joint (300) between adjacent insulation members (210) on an upper surface (201) of a fluid storage tank (100), comprising: an elongate watertight channel extending substantially across said entire upper surface (201) of said tank (100) between said adjacent insulation members (210), said elongate watertight channel sloping toward at least one side of said fluid storage tank (100); and an elongate strip (230) of impermeable material disposed within and extending out of said channel and laying on an upper surface of each of said adjacent insulation members (210).
