BUILDING MATERIAL, STACKED BODY OF BUILDING MATERIALS, AND BUILDING-MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
[Problem] To provide a building material with which improvements in workability can be achieved while inhibiting damage to a design face, a laminated body of building materials, and a construction method for building materials. [Solution] A building material comprises: a substantially rectangular plate-shaped building material body 2 that has a first face 2F, wherein a design face 3 is formed in the first face 2F; and a protective sheet S1 that is affixed to the building material body 2 so as to be removable. The design face 3 has a covered region C1 that is protected by being covered by the protective sheet S1, and an exposed region B1 that is not covered by the protective sheet S1 and that is formed along a first design edge 3D which is one edge of the design face 3.
