Abstract A roadway from the Ring Road near Greensborough to the Eastern Freeway is proposed. From the Ring Road to Grimshaw Street it will have three lanes in each direction and four lanes each way from Grimshaw Street to the Eastern Freeway. From the Ring Road to Lower Plenty Road the roadway will be predominantly in the existing road reserve.
