REINFORCING AGENT FOR INTENSE WEATHERING HARD ROCK JOINT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The invention discloses a reinforcing agent for intense weathering hard rock joint and preparation method thereof, composed of component A and component B with a mass ratio of 5:1. Component A contains E-44 epoxy resin, acrylic epoxy resin, lignin, butyl acetate, toughener, quartz powder, silicon powder, talcum powder, and titanium dioxide; component B contains modified amine, imidazole accelerator, coupling agent KH-550, quartz powder, silicon powder, talcum powder, titanium dioxide, and nano aluminium oxide. The tensile strength of the invention exceeds 2 to 3 times of that of fresh hard rock. The reactants can quickly fill hard rock joints and gaps of intense weathering hard rock joints; the hard rock joint cracks are filled and reinforced to achieve effective closure of the joint and increase in tensile strength, thereby restoring the integrity of the rock mass, and thus effectively preventing further cracking and instability of the intense weathering hard rock.
