According to the invention, under the action of the cationic polymer and the organosilane, the expansion performance of the clay in water can be reduced, and meanwhile, under the action of substances such as the glass fibers and the organic whiskers, the fluidity of rock plate slurry and the breaking strength of a finished product can be further improved on the premise of not influencing the performance of a rock plate blank.
