Improvements Relating to Temporary Stairways
Abstract A stairway assembly for temporary access in a void between floor levels of a building under construction. The stairway assembly comprises: 5 - a frame structure having side rails, and - a top support means supporting the frame structure at an edge of the void. In some embodiments the top support means comprises a pair of brackets, each said bracket comprising: - an upper generally horizontally aligned portion which includes a threaded aperture 0 towards its distal end, - respective threaded fasteners are removably threadedly engaged to protrude through the apertures, and - the protruding fasteners are hooked over a support rail.
