The present invention provides a product including a mineral silicate coating on a support material and processes for preparing said product. The mineral silicate coating on the product is printed in some embodiments to enhance decoration for a decorative product. In some embodiments, there is an intermediate layer between the support material and the mineral silicate layer such as a paper or non-woven material.
