Method for erecting segmental steel girder on pier-top short slideway girder
A method for erecting a segmental steel girder on a pier-top short slideway girder comprises: step S1, providing, on a first-segment steel girder (21), a counterweight (1) having an adjustable weight; step S2, fixing the first-segment steel girder (21) to a pre-configured first position on a pier-top short slideway girder (3); step S3, lifting a second-segment steel girder (22), and connecting the second-segment steel girder (22) to the first-segment steel girder (21) to form a first integrated steel girder; step S4, adjusting the counterweight (1) such that a target load is applied to the first integrated steel girder, and then displacing the first integrated steel girder by a pre-configured displacement; step S5, repeating the above steps S3 and S4, and sequentially connecting multiple segmental steel girders to the first integrated steel girder until all of the segmental steel girders connected thereto have an overall resistance to overturning on the pier-top short slideway girder; and step S6, erecting remaining segmental steel girders on respective two sides of all of the erected segmental steel girders. The method uses a counterweight and a sliding operation for girder erection, and the construction process is safe and reliable.
