The objective of the present invention is to make it possible to measure track displacement that better reflects curves in the track. This track displacement measuring device, which measures displacement of a track along which a railway vehicle travels: obtains a first displacement of the track by performing processing including an integration calculation on the basis of a motion detection signal corresponding to motion of the railway vehicle resulting from displacement of the track; obtains a second displacement of the track on the basis of a rotational movement detection signal corresponding to rotational movement of the railway vehicle; and obtains an integrated displacement of the track on the basis of the first displacement and the second displacement.
