Track measuring instrument gauge displacement metering and detecting device
The invention relates to a track measuring instrument gauge displacement metering and detecting device. A beam of a track measuring instrument serves as a ruler for measuring the gauge. When measuring wheels move in the direction perpendicular to the track direction, the change amount needs to be measured through a corresponding measuring mechanism. Connection boxes are connected with the ends of the beam through piston rods, wherein walking wheels and measuring wheels are fixed to the connection boxes, and a main gauge displacement measuring ruler is fixed to the end of each connection box and is adjacent and parallel to an auxiliary gauge displacement measuring ruler located on the beam. Related measuring devices are arranged between the measuring wheels of the track measuring instrument and the beam, the gauge displacement is accurately measured through the measuring wheels, the track measuring instrument gauge displacement metering and detecting device does not spatially collide with the walking wheels in the limited space, the structure is compact and reasonable, and measurement is accurate and reliable.
