NOVEL UNBONDED ANNULAR ANCHOR PRESTRESSED CONCRETE LINING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a novel unbonded annular anchor prestressed concrete lining and a construction method thereof. The prestressed barrel shell structure comprises prestressed annular anchor cable bundles, a concrete barrel shell, free anchor heads, sealing backing plates, steel clamp plates, anchor cable clamp sheets, rubber sealed joints and anchorage block-outs; and prestressed anchor cables consist of circular ring line anchor cables, asymptotic line anchor cables and flat straight line anchor cables, are parallel to the outer edge of the barrel shell structure at equal intervals starting from free anchor head anchoring ends, are tensioned and locked at free anchor head tensioning ends after encircling for 360 degrees. The construction method comprises the steps of positioning and installing anchor cables, manufacturing the anchorage block-outs, casting the prestressed barrel shell and performing anti-corrosion sealing. The prestressed barrel shell structure can be applied to nuclear reactor containments, egg-shaped sewage digesters, pressure pipelines and large granaries, can ensure a non-cracking structure under internal and external load or accidental impact conditions, and prevents pressure gas, liquid and radioactive substances from escaping.
